Non-U.S. citizens must go through a strict vetting process. You can submit a Non-U.S. citizen user request through a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist or directly through the HSIN Help Desk, who will initiate the security vetting process. Only when you have completed this security vetting, should you click on the Non-U.S. Citizen login button.
