Forgot Password

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Identify yourself by your user login.
2. Click the Submit button to submit your user login.
3. Click the Cancel button if you no longer need to reset your password.

By correctly entering your HSIN registered user login name an email will be sent with a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email within five (5) minutes, please resubmit your user login or contact the HSIN Help Desk.
